1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, products, and services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service ("TOS") agreement. Please carefully read and understand these terms before using our services.

2. Orders and Services

a. Order Placement: When placing an order with Sonic Print, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including details about the products you are ordering, quantity, specifications, and delivery address.

b. Acceptance of Orders: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our sole discretion. Once we accept your order, it is considered binding.

c. Proof Approval: Before production begins, we may provide proofs for your approval. It is your responsibility to carefully review proofs for accuracy. Approving a proof means you accept responsibility for any errors or discrepancies.

d. Errors: Sonic Print will not accept liability for errors overlooked at this stage of proofing. If you approve the information as correct, you will be financially responsible for the order. We do our very best at meeting your specifications and deadlines however there is always the possibility that we could have made a mistake and getting the artwork right is an important step. Artwork cannot proceed with printing without a consent. Please check for accuracy in the following areas: wording, spelling, numbers, layout, size, design, resolution and colours. If production has started and an error is found after the approval, additional charges will be incurred for any additional platemaking and productions.

e. Size and Colour: It is within industrial standard that the final product may have +/-2mm variances in size, or +/-10mm for large size prints. Colour variance refers to the inevitable slight differences that can occur between the colours displayed on a screen and the final printed output, or even between different print runs of the same design, due to fundamental differences in how screens and printing processes create colour, environmental factors, and material choices.

3. Payment and Pricing

a. Pricing: Prices for our products and services are listed on our website, or provide upon request. Prices are subject to change without notice.

b. Payment: Payment is required before we begin processing your order. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic payments. You agree to pay for all products and services ordered.

4. Shipping and Delivery

a. Shipping: Our shipping practices are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes provided, but we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: All designs, artwork, files, and other materials provided to us remain the property of their respective owners.

b. License: By submitting designs or files to Sonic Print, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, modify, and use the materials for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

6. Content and Conduct

a. User Content: Any content you submit, upload, or share through our website or services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

b. Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.

7. Limitation of Liability

a. Disclaimer: Sonic Print provides products and services "as is," without any warranties, express or implied.

b. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonic Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products and services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for violations of these terms or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
