How to Order

Ordering is EASY as 1, 2, 3 !

 

Method One - Website Orders

1. Place Order
   Add items to Cart and follow the instructions to place your order.
2. Upload Artwork 
   Upload your print ready artwork. Printing proof will be sent for checking via email before printing. 
   You can re-upload your artwork if an error has been found.
3. Confirm Proof
   Reply email to confirm proof. Your order will go into our production queue as soon as we receive
   your confirmation. Please allow 1-3 business days for production*. We will notify you with pick-up
   details as soon as possible. Alternatively, tracking details will be provided after we dispatch your order.

 

Method Two - Email Orders

1. Order & Upload
   Email order@sonicprint.com.au with your order details and print-ready artwork for a quote. 
   Printing proof will be sent for checking via email before printing. 
   You can re-upload your artwork if an error has been found.
2. Payment
   An invoice will be issued to your email for payment.
3. Confirm Proof
   Reply email to confirm proof. Your order will go into our production queue as soon as we receive
   your confirmation. Please allow 1-3 business days for production*. We will notify you with pick-up details as soon as possible.
   Alternatively, tracking details will be provided after we dispatch your order.

*Many factors may affect production time, please contact us before purchasing if you have an urgent order.
